Shipping Policy

Stealing Spaces Limited ships to New Zealand addresses from our shipping partner e-Pack in Kumeu, Auckland.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your order is complete.  Please ensure the email address you provide us is correct.

Freight and Handling

Unless specifically excluded product delivered within New Zealand will incur a freight and handling charge that will vary based on your location.

Orders and Delivery

All orders are subject to stock availability. If for any reason stock is not available for delivery within the usual delivery time we will contact you and give you the option to confirm or cancel the order.

Any time stated for delivery is an estimate only and Stealing Spaces is not liable for any delay in delivery however caused.

Delivery of all goods will be deemed to be completed upon collection of the goods by you, or delivery of the goods to you by carrier.

Returns - Damaged Items

If a received item is damaged on arrival, please use the Contact Us form to notify us within five working days of receipt of delivery and we’ll arrange the return of the item at our cost.

In the event that the product is received damaged, Stealing Spaces Limited will fully replace the damaged product at no extra cost to you.

Items returned by post are your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure they are packaged securely. We recommend using tracked mail.

Returns - Defective Items

If you believe an item or component is defective, please use the Contact Us form to notify us within five working days of receipt of delivery.  At our discretion, we will replace the component or refund the item purchase price on return of the item.

Any refunds made will be credited back onto your original method of payment and refunded at the price you purchased them at excluding any shipping costs. This includes sale items.

We’ll notify you via e-mail once the returned product arrives back to us. Please allow 7 working days from this date for the refund to show in your account.
